At Sahiba Noor Jewels, each piece is curated with intention and crafted with care. To preserve the integrity of our process, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed. Once your order has entered the preparation stage, it is considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after this point.

Delicate Craftsmanship Our glass bangles are artisanal and inherently fragile. While we package every item with exceptional attention and security, breakage during transit remains a known risk and is assumed by the customer. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping. 

Sizing Responsibility We encourage all clients to confirm their bangle size prior to purchase. Items that do not fit cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that glass bangles typically run slightly larger than metal bangles.

Handmade Variations Each piece is handcrafted, and subtle variations in color, finish, or sizing are natural characteristics of artisanal work. These nuances are not considered defects but part of the beauty and individuality of handmade jewelry.
